Volunteer at Tour de Frankenmuth!

We have a wonderful network of family and friends who help out at the events we put on. We have a great time with lots of fun, food, drink and laughter, with a little hard work thrown in on occasion. And, we’re always on the lookout for people who have an interest in bike racing or running or adventure-type activities, and who, while maybe not being able to directly participate, love the atmosphere and excitement that surrounds the race day. The kinds of duties the race crew (volunteers) have are many and varied; some are longer term projects like facilitating the production of specific event T-shirts, and some are race-day specific, like being a road marshall. They’re usually finished after 2 hours! But whatever level your interest, we’d love to have you join us for an event.

Here are just some of the tasks that the crew takes on:

• Registration Food/snacks (gathering and prep)
• Hydration stations
• Course marshals
• Signage
• Transition Area monitors
• Timing
• Gathering of giveaways (as in, drawing for swag)
• And much more!

Volunteer at the Race and then ride the Gran fondo  the next day (Sunday) -  FOR FREE!  Yep, this is an incentive to be a race volunteer.
